Kelly Prince helped me today. After three calls starting November. I forwarded her a email that I had sent to Pablo Hernandez on 12/4/25. She was understanding that I was upset because I got zero response from Pablo. She took the time to make sure that my questions were answered before the call ended. You need more employees like Kelly, professional and polite.
