Received bracelets and a ring asa gift. Unfortunately sizing was off and needed to exchange through email process. Customer service proves to be professional, quick, and willing to help resolve any issues right away. The quality of the items is beautiful and seems very strong. Will continue to shop with them as well after this experience.
