Embrace the process!
We started with ST in 2017 and have grown from 5 to 20 plus team members in a rural area < 25k population. It has certainly been challenging to learn and implement, but worth the effort and the journey! We now serve two rural areas, and a third larger metro area we are growing in. Definetly a marathon, not the proverbial sprint... and it is a team effort- both yours and ST. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!
