I own a fair few Nominal pieces
I own a fair few Nominal pieces. Recently, experienced one of my favourites had broken. I emailed Nominal to get an advise on their police on broken items. Within minutes, I received a reply, and they were so generous with their offer. The matter was resolved within minutes. I have utmost respect for all that you do and will continue to support your good work!
