Would give it zero stars if I could. Bought a halo diamond ring on am NCL cruise. Spent $2,000. It needed resizing but our last port stop was cancelled because of the weather and so it couldn't be done before we disembarked. I was given a $50 discount to have the ring resized myself when I got home. This I did using a reputable jeweller in the UK. Several of the tiny halo diamonds have fallen out over the last 12 months. Yesterday I got the ring back after yet another repair and today, low and behold, a different stone in a different place on the ring has fallen out. It's never ending. In total, I've only worn the ring for about 8 days out of just over 12 months because of stones falling out. Avoid this company unless you are absolutely sure about the quality of the workmanship. Don't fall for the hype, especially on board a cruise ship. No doubt Effy will say I'm out of warranty because I didn't use an Effy store to resize etc. Hard lesson learned and I won't be purchasing anything from them again. I know I'm out of warranty, but I stand by my claim that Effy craftsmanship cannot possibly be as good as they claim.
