Terrible customer service! Does not stand by full refund policy!
My husband ordered hearing aids from this company, but they were not working out for him. He started a return (well within the requested return window), and they ignored his requests to return them. He finally had to threaten legal action. They sent return label and we shipped them back immediately. That was beginning of April. We have YET to see any refund. They are ignoring his emails about it. At this point they have stolen our money! Horrible company! UPDATE: Refund was finally sent to us, but I would still not recommend due to the stress created on us just trying to get our money back.
