I bought a dress for a big event more than 30 days in advance. The zipper broke within an hour of having it on. I wrote and they requested more info and agreed to give me a credit because I bought it more than 30 days. Turns out AI agreed. They respond to complaints without humans. After not getting credit they turned it to a real person and now told they will not fix the defective merchandise. Please beware of this company!!
