Our Turbo fireplace worked great but was a bit noisy. I contacted Turbo. They asked me to send a video with sound. Once they received the video Turbo sent a replacement unit to me at no charge. From first contact with Turbo to receiving a replacement unit happened very painlessly and quickly. Nice to have a company take such competent care of their customers.
