Good Service
The service is stable on dedicated servers; however, technical support via email alone is somewhat lacking. If we have a problem right now, responses usually arrive at night, sometimes more than 12 hours later. It would be great to have chat support where they could provide quick solutions in real time. Having that would be fantastic.
