I realized through the process of filling out my Will online and that it was not the right product. I got online with a chat helper and Savannah confirmed i probably needed a Trust, not a Will. She immediately offered to refund my original purchase and gave me 20% discount on the right product. Solved my issue and could not have asked for more.
