Delugs Never again
I bought an alligator strap on Delugs, that I paid 137CHF + 18CHF shipping cost. The strap took almost a month to arrive because they said a CITES form was required. Well that CITES form cost me an extra 70CHF paid to DHL + 88CHF paid to customs for veterinary inspections. Delugs never mentioned that in their site and didn't provide any resolution. I have bought other alligator straps from other companies without CiTES and without problem. Delugs never again.
