Giving 3 stars because haven’t recieved a response yet. Emailed through this site as well as directly with the dealer. Dealer has good reviews so not sure what is going on. Tried the text option thought it would go directly to the dealer instead it was a “chat” with cargrus and they sent info to the dealer 🤷♀️ found the car in the 8th and requested information it’s now the 13th and I’ve heard nothing. I get responses that they have received the i formation and will contact me Shortly. It’s been days. Looking for used cars is stressfuand overwhelming enough. Contact with live person would be great.
