I got a pair of Craft cross country ski pants as a gift, with in 2 uses the zippers on the back of the legs broke. Reached out thinking that i would get an exchange pair.. NOPE they said send them back and I would get my credit and oh wait an extra 25 dollars but the pants have no exchange and are out of stock. Plus i could purchase them again when in stock a full cost. Honestly as a first time customer I would not recommend them. There is so many other site that provide better service and options on gear. With the quality of the craft pant being so poor I would watch out for this company. My best option is to have the zippers replaced with a high quality zippers instead of waste my time shipping back.. to get a 25 dollar credit LOL JOKE buyers beware
