Travel Advisor at E Clarke…
I am a travel advisor at E Clarke Travel and have used Katie Morlind to help plan my clients ski trips and this time was a family of 10 going to Zermatt on Dec.26 and because of weather conditions, there flight was cancelled. I worked with Katie over the weekend to redo the whole trip with hotels, transfers, rail, ski guides and restaurant recommendations. My clients said the trip was amazing and Katie is always so helpful, attentive and very responsive to emails. Thanks again for all your assistance with the Zermatt ski trip.
