Happy but had some issues
Over all I am happy with the product and customer service. I placed my order in late June but never received an email receipt or confirmation of my order, but my credit card was charged. After a couple weeks of not receiving anything I emailed customer service and received a prompt response. They provided a tracking number. However a couple more weeks went by and my order was stuck somewhere in transit. I emailed customer service again and customer service was great. They resubmitted my order and I received it a couple weeks later. I’m hoping this is just a one off because I love their stuff and definitely would like to order other things.
