Since you went back to having staff at the counters it is great. Stop using computers and ATM type devices to handle transactions. It's OK at the drive-up bout not inside the facility. As so when I want to apply for a loan, etc. or other financial transactions I want to talk to a "REAL: PERSON" face directly not over a computer.
