Purchasing / Shipping Difficulties - Resolved
Purchased a printer, within 48 hours the printer was removed from the US site, my enclosure and quickswap came in but the printer wasnt sent. After being asked to provide an address in the contiguous US (after paying extra to ship to alaska), i was told that there wasnt actually a printer they could send me. After being told to either send them more money for a bigger printer that could be shipped to alaska, I found that they were still for sale in canada, this was a debatably good idea to bring up, communication got worse and the information needed for forwarding was difficult to communicate. After a while, and this review, it went into internal discussion for a few days. Just earlier i was told that communication was made with the canadian warehouse, and that customs/shipping had been saught and aquired, and that if still interested i could accept it. I am, and am incredibly thankful for this resolution, im a bit sad it took this long to make it happen but i recognize sometimes these things happen, websites wig out and stock flies off shelves at the end of holliday sales. I loved my original snapmaker 2.0, i got it at launch and after a month i moved, and my controller / print heads were stolen, its unfortunate that when i was able to purchase one it came at such an inopportune time, and had some difficulties comunicating a solution, but the resolution provided was far more than expected. I'm thankful this could be worked out.
