Great customer service but website unnecessarily cluttered
EaseUS website is absolutely filled with links and finding the info and differences in the "personal" editions and the more usable "technician" editions is rather difficult. Betty in customer service was able to get me the correct activation codes when one of their page links took me to the wrong edition and I bought it. FYI, the "personal" editions, even though labeled "PRO" is only good for 1 system. The "technician" edition allows use on multiple devices and I was upgrading all the family systems. The software was easy to use and reliable.
