The representative Mark was professional and friendly. I had to put my pet down on 8/14/26. Fetch for the past 7 years was there for ALL my pet's needs through teeth cleanings and extractions; surgery for a mast in his colon and finally for kidney issues. I have told all my friends and family members how wonderful and caring this company is regarding your pets. Helped to make owning a pet and giving the best care possible within an affordable budget. Claims were handled in a timely manner, customer service was ALWAYS the best. Refunds were quick and without any hassle.
