ATM Cards with Color Contrast
I phoned to ask that OneAZ provide personal ATM/Debit cards which meet the ADA type standards of 'color contrast'. My present ATM card is Silver Font (raised) on a Silver background. Several OneAZ tellers have complained to me the Silver-on-Silver makes their task harder. Karen S. was very courteous; she checked with supervisors; then politely explained "Silver-on-Silver is the only option". OneAZ intransigence on this vital aspect of certain member's needs, literally sets a 'poor image'!
