Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service
Very bad experience for me. My parcel has been stuck with City-Link Express for over one month with no updates at all. The shipment until now, there is still no delivery, no dispatch, and no clear explanation. I have sent emails and made countless phone calls to Customer Service, but there has been zero progress. I was repeatedly asked to contact the branch, yet the branch failed to provide any solution or valid answer. Even worse, on several occasions, my calls were directly hung up on, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This shows a complete lack of coordination and responsibility within the company. After one full month, there is still no update, no accountability, and no resolution. This delay has caused serious dissatisfaction. I strongly do not recommend City-Link Express if you value reliability, communication, and professionalism. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had.
