I posted a review here last week, and if you look below, the company responded asking me to contact them so the issue could be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing was rectified. I was sent the incorrect jacket. I provided proof of what I originally ordered, along with the price I paid. Despite this, they offered me only $34 in compensation for an item that cost me over $115. When I declined, they then instructed me to return the jacket at my own expense. I do not understand why I should be responsible for return shipping when the error was made entirely by the company. At this point, I am already out $115. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as they do not stand behind their customer service or their mistakes.
