Returning items from Fioboc is nearly impossible
When compared to products offered by ALO, Vuori, or Fabletics, Fioboc is woefully lacking. The pants have a seat that sags and simply does not fit. Sweatshirt was average at best. I tried to return this order and I got the runaround because I used AmazonPay. Fioboc told me that I needed to contact Amazon to process the return, and Amazon told me that the payment had already been made. The credit card statement indicated that payment was actually made to "SP Fioboc Dencer, CO" so they are attempting to make things as difficult as possible with the hope that I would give up. Do not buy anything from this company. Customer service is awful, and I am not aware of any brick and mortar stores to return items that don't fit
