I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order on July 22. After weeks with no shipping updates, I contacted customer service and was told my package had apparently been lost by the carrier. Instead of sending a replacement immediately, I was told I would have to wait for the item to be restocked before they could even ship another one. As “compensation,” they offered me a 20% discount code for a future purchase. That isn’t compensation for the order I already paid for—it requires me to spend even more money with the company. After waiting even longer, I reached out again explaining that I felt the compensation should apply to my current order, not a future one. I also pointed out that after all the delays, they still planned to ship the replacement with standard shipping instead of expediting it. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. I’ve ordered from Fioboc before, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Delays can happen, and I understand that. What I can’t accept is poor communication, offering a coupon that only benefits future sales, and then ignoring a paying customer when they raise legitimate concerns. It’s now August 7th and I still do not have any packages…. Unless this situation is made right, I won’t be ordering from Fioboc again.

I am a big fan of Fioboc clothing. I have been ordering clothes for the last 3 years now. in the last 3 year I have never received a bag product yet. I will continue shopping with Fioboc clothing because they have not fail me yet. I trust and recommend Fioboc Clothing products. Their clothes are top quailty.
THE WORST INTERNET SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED...
Two pairs of PERFORMANCE UTILITY PANTS ordered in XL and XXL purely due to the plan to send one back if the other fitted better. As per their website, requested a refund on one of the pants and after eight emails I have had NIL response from them. Thought that maybe if I asked for an exchange on the smaller pant and for a larger size, I might get a reaction but no, still no response after sending more than a dozen emails. Quite where this company gets it four and five stars from is unknown as it's definately NOT for customer service. I'll take legal action soon but in the hope that they will read this review and maybe, just maybe, respond to my questions soon, I will wait a further seven days. Hugely disappointed but it will serve as another illustration that one should NEVER purchase goods from internet sellers without carrying out detailed and comprehensive research. Update to follow... UPDATE as of 04.08.26 At least I've had a response though they tell me that the items are "in transit" when they were delivered some 10days ago. I want either an exchange or a refund...how long before I get a reply that addresses those issues? Up date to follow... UPDATE as of 06.08.2026 - still no response or acknowledgement despite someone named "Dreamer" "reaching out" with the exact same message that he / she has given to others who are aghast at this scam...you have a few more days left Dreamer before I take further action...

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I had placed the order over month and half and still didn’t receive product yet and not updates. I even contact them over WhatsApp that said they were out of stock couple items so do I want a replacement and I said ok and they said it will be restock in one week. And here again I been waiting for my products. I have purchased from them in previous and received items to try. You can find a same product in USA to so no make sense ordering to them and get scam.

Dissapointment . This is cheap Chinese fake
Firstly - Slow delivery & Terrible service - after over a month delay I responded to CANCEL the order. Immediately after that neglecting my statement they have sent it. Secondly - the quality of the garment : Trousers are fading and getting fuzzy after 2-3 washes. All the trousers are losing tips from the belt leash. Cheap Chinese products sold with marketing of the fake quality . The modal t shirts tops etc - is zero breathable fabric making you feel sweat and sticky like you were wearing neoprene for windsurfing or diving. I literally threw over 10 pieces right to garbage with the tags on after trying 2 or three of them.

High quality product and customer service.
I do not usually write reviews but I purchased a few shirts based on all the ads I saw on social media. When they came in it was as good of quality and look as advertised. I purchased a few more items but the shorts ran a little smaller than anticipated. The process to have them replaced was super easy. I would indeed highly recommend this brand for quality and customer service. With every penny you pay.

I've ordered from Fioboc many times. Always more than satisfied with product qualityand timely delivery. A recent pants order required return due to tight fit. They offered to ship larger size as soon as available. They even asked me to keep the smaller pair.

Fioboc has some great and high quality…
Fioboc has some great and high quality products. I did have a fitment issue with some and reached out about an exchange. Their service is equally as great as their products. Without much hesitation, a replacement was sent. Unlike some other online experiences, this was no big to do at all. Very seamless and smooth.
