I ordered a sport coat but it was too small. The company was very helpful in adjusting the size and made me a new coat. The new coat is beautiful and fits to perfection. This was all done at no extra charge to me. Thank you French Crown for your outstanding customer service and quality products.
I received a black suit and a pink jacket, and I was extremely impressed! The quality of the material was top-tier, comfortable, and felt wonderful to wear. I’m very satisfied with both pieces!
Never seen a company that blames the customer when they ask questions. Never seen a company move so slow with communication. Never waited so long for my order. Then had and issue and it took almost a month to get it settled and they didn't trust me and wanted photos. Feel like i have been held hostage for nearly 3 months. Not sure How I can do business with this company ever again. Sorry your missed the mark on many , many levels. The weight, quality, craftsmanship and the ease with which we can request customizations is great ! Their customer service is pretty awesome too ! Nate Miller was very helpful, responsive and honestly very hospitable when we needed to exchange a shirt where I ordered the wrong color. Can't recommend this brand enough. Worth every penny. My husband has about 12 French Crown shirts now. I plan on adding more soon.
Great customer service! I had an issue with the shirt size that I ordered and had to contact customer service for a return. Nora promptly responded to my query and helped me find the right size for me — even offered me a complementary exchange which was very much appreciated! I can also say that apart from the change in size, the shirts I got were really well made and can see the quality of fabric used. Great range of colours too. Thanks again Nora - you’ve exceeded my expectations.
I just received my parcel and I am very impressed. The quality is excellent, and the fit is perfect—it fits so well that I don't even need a belt! I love how smooth and lightweight the denim fabric is. Hats off to your packaging as well; no other brand sends their parcels with such care. Thank you!
Product came in mismatching colors between order for the same exact style and color. Don’t trust this brand, they don’t offer refunds as well so if and WHEN they send you the wrong thing, you won’t be able to get your money back.
Horrible. The most unbelievably cheap material, poor craftsmanship, wrong sizing, zero customer service. They charge premium prices for garbage. Do not buy from this company
I've had an amazing experience, especially because of Benjamin. I was really skeptical at first but when Benjamin reassured me and made sure I had my package delivered almost 10 days earlier. The suit quality and design is amazing and everything fit perfectly. All I have to do now is lose a little weight and then I'm ready for the wedding. I ordered a suit with vest and shirt, and was told I cannot cancel the order, I cannot return it if there are fitting issues, practically no accountability after the sales. I ordered the products yesterday and now I am worried whether it is a scam, especially the Indian Branch.
I received a suit for my son's wedding that is too small. I have attempted to contact your company via the return email addrss provided and through whatsapp with no response from anyone. There is no customet service. I had high hopes when I found your company. I receive sales emails everyday but no one responds to a problem. Extremely dissappointeling.
