I purchased a suit. When the suit came it was too dark vs the picture they had on the website plus the suit is too big. They offered to give me another suit but I don’t want another suit. I want my money back. They are hesitant to give me a refund. Beware!

Honestly Impressed
This companies customer service is second to none.
I live in the US, WA state, I am 38 years old and have been wearing suits since i was about 8 years old. Ive known my suit sizes since I was in my teens.
I ordered 3 suits, at 44 which is what i wear in the states currently, However when they arrived they were too tight and felt too small. I had filled in my height and weight and selected athletic when i ordered. When they didnt fit, I realized that these would be considered "custom size" so i contacted the company asking what could we do to fix the problem. Honestly I was expecting to have pay for 3 new suits.
I received my first reply within 12hrs, which blew me away. I was then told that each suit would be replaced for free, since it was my first purchase,and as a gesture of good will. I did not have to return the suits that didnt fit. This left me speechless, and i really couldnt believe it.
They asked for photos of me wearing the suits to figure out the fit, we had a few emails back and forth, i voiced my concerns about their first recommended adjustment and took more pictures. They listened, reviewed and replied with a new set of adjustments and we agreed.
I asked to upgrade my shipping, they sent me an invoice for that, and i paid only for the shipping. 17 days later I had 3 new suits that fit perfect.
I have never had a company work so hard to satisfy a customer. Its absolutely impressive.
I noticed in other reviews that customers complained about French Crown taking too long. First understand that custom suits that are made by hand to size, takes time. My initial order, of three suits mind you, shipped in 4 weeks, not bad at all, shipping was my only real complaint, it literally took 27 days to arrive. French Crown notified me when they shipped and provided tracking. I blame USPS for most of this, it took someting like 4 or 5 buisness days to clear US customs and then sat in a New York Distribution center for 6 Days, before being sent to the west coast where it took another 5 days to make it to me in WA... so i dont blame French Crown for the USPS. Thats why i upgraded my shipping for the second order and I dont Regret it.
The suits arrived both times, well packaged and in individual Garment bags, they were wrinkled but i have a steamer, and it took them out right away.
The suits themselves are excellent quality, great fabric, they are not cheap or thin, no foul odors. I ordered red, green, and purple, and the only complaint i could have is that the green was much darker in person then it looked online, but it is still a very nice color, I just thought it would be a little lighter in color.
Mia, my customer service rep, was excellent. She replied to every email and answered all my questions. I checked time stamps, and she replied,honestly, in less then 15hrs to each email. This is outstanding when you keep in mind the time difference. She didnt bounce me around to different people, she took care of all 12 or 13 emails.
French Crown is an excellent company and i wold'nt hesitate to buy again. I will recommend them to firends and family. And i will be back for more.
One last Note: for US customers... i normally wear a 44R or 44 Athletic fit suits... when i filled out French Crown i selected Athletic for body type, thinking of fit. This was pretty much a Slim to Skinny fit suit. So that was on me.
Either way. New suits fit great. Couldnt be happier.

I ordered a tuxedo for my son for senior prom a month and a half ahead of time and it came a week and a half after prom I asked for a refund and all they were offering was a store credit even after I demanded it repeatedly.... so I would Not recommend French crown unless your in no rush....

Modifications needed...no problem at all!
I initially ordered and was a little concerned that the pants might not fit properly. Once they arrived they needed some modifications and French Crown was willing to send me a new pair of pants free of charge with the necessary changes. I thought it was a scam... be patient
I thought it was a scam, took ages to receive communications and felt like a scam.
After many email with Mia, the goods finally arrived with quality of materials was excellent and the cut was lovely however the stitching on collar was loose.
Mia then offered for me to keep the original goods and order a replacement garment. The coat arrived yesterday and I am happy with the outcome.
