Absolutely perfect experience! I took a gamble and ordered a white tie tuxedo for a 5 figure charity ball. Without the benefit of trying on the tuxedo beforehand nor judging its quality, I wore the tuxedo for the first time the evening of the event. It fit me perfectly, as if custom tailored. Did not receive a jacket hanger with my shipment. I let customer service know and they did not propose a solution. I have shopped with dobell numerous times and always received a hanger, and this time I didn't. Customer service acknowledged the problem and just blamed it on the warehouse packing.

Transparency Was Appreciated

I was not happy with Dobell no exchange policy as it cost me an Additional $100+ tariff charge to get a different size pant for a 3 piece suit. The initial tariff was $314.00 so this is ridiculous!
