A LOOOOOONG EXPERIENCE
18/1/2026: I booked a hotel and received their internal booking number. However, when I contacted the hotel, it replied me that they did not find my booking. The hotel required a hotel booking number, which I did not get even six days from the booking date. I tried email Billabook to get the hotel booking number but so far no reply received. 28/1/2026: a few emails of communication with Billabook. still NO hotel booking number received. 4/2/2026: NOT receiving any updates 10/2/2026: they reassure the hotel booking number will be released 48 hours prior to checkin date. AND 14/2/2026 22:15: STILL NO BOOKING NUMBER GIVEN (date of checkin: 16/2)!!!!!! 15/2/2025: finally received the booking number and confirmed by the hotel. This post showed how they work FYR.
