sad quality and customer service
Our hotend got broken because of a bad print. It got bent by the printed modell and was no longer useable. The customer service answered to us that they were not able to help because the dual extruder for our F350 was a few month out of warranty. Delivery of the new spare part was quick but the part is expensive.
