I wrote “Incredibly Disappointing” in January regarding my experience with trying to resolve issues with my prepared Trust & Will documents. Within days of posting it Alex reached out to me, acknowledged the problems with their AI responses and then guided me through making the corrections needed. She was patient and kind throughout our conversation. Alex sent me a follow up email after with the step by step instructions. After I completed the edits she kept in touch regarding the status of the documents shipment, letting me know when there was a delay. Alex provided impeccable customer service! I am amending my review to EXCELLENT!
