Worth it. Failed initially, Support good.
Regarding the Epubor A***ble Converter: Final result: It works and the price is very reasonable for being able to transfer my audio books out of the Au***le system. Note that I'm using this for personal backup and use. The only concern I have is that the second option for getting the Am*z*n Au***le books into the program is to enter your Amazon credentials into the software. I won't do that. But Au***le allows downloads and they can be downloaded and imported that way without an issue. If epubor would make it clear if those credentials are safely used, it would help their credibility. I would want to know if the conversion happens locally on my machine (I think so) or if I am passing my Ama**n credentials to an online service. 1. I researched online and determined it was probably a real company not a scam. 2. I ignored the one free audiobook conversion offer. 3. I downloaded the software and purchased the 5 year license. 4. Initially, the software did not work at all. It kept failing on all books. I was worried for my money. 5. I tried the chat, but no answer (though it WAS the middle of the night U.S. time and probably 5 in the morning their time). 6. I submitted a ticket, and they sent me a detailed fix. It is working flawlessly at this point. 7. The fix assumes the user is capable of a little bit of "techy" stuff.
