Solid products with responsive customer service
Generally happy with my NewAir products. Ended up having an issue after 5 years that I wasn't able to find support for online. But when I contacted NewAir directly, their customer service was responsive and hands-on. I'm in the process of fixing my product with a replacement part that they sent me. While I was out of warranty, cost felt reasonable, and the process felt transparent. Hoping I get to enjoy my products for more with the fix.
