someone was home so why the failed delivery....
If I could give Zero stars I would. I have a parcel which was supposed to be deliver Friday but didnt, and Amazon has advise there was a delay. Ok fine it would work out better as someone was home yesterday but no delivery... when I checked the Amazon App, it said that my Delivery was being returned to sender. I was like what... :-( so I checked the courier website and low and behold, it said it attempted delivery but failed due no safe place to leave... WTF???? someone was home... so they were able to delivery it fine. not sure about these couriers these days. poor customer and delivery service. we will see if they will reply to my email about this.
