Wow - Stay away from Nike.com
Wow. First, Pricing on Nike.com is ridiculous. The Team USA soccer jersey selling for $190 on Nike.com can be purchased for $90 at Scheels and other Sporting Goods retailers. The SAME shirt. I purchased both. The return/cancellation process at Nike.com is non-existent. They even state no customer service agent is empowered to process a cancellation after 30 minutes of placing an order! Outrageous. I did elect to return the item directly to a Nike store so i would have a receipt of my return. Forget about a refund for shipping even though I paid an additional shipping charge for a date certain arrival and it was still 10 days late. Store personnel? Nothing they can do they said. Contact Nike.com. Good luck with that. AVOID buying directly from Nike.com. Buy from retailers with a record of customer-friendly service. Most know the value of making returns easy to earn repeat business. Nike.com is the worst I have ever encountered.
