Worst service/communication
My mother was to be picked up on Tuesday.She talked to driver and got confirmation but they called back and cancelled due to driver quitting. They confirmed another driver on Tuesday.She was to be here at 11 am but she called to say she would be running late.They called later and asked if my mother could go at noon. Then today Wednesday January 21,2026 driver was to be here at 11 am.She showed up at 10:30 am.But she had to wait until 10:45 am for confirmation. I finally told my mother that I will drive instead.
