Sent Me the Wrong Wig, Refused to Fix It, Then Stopped Responding
Extremely disappointing experience with Amanda Hair. I ordered a black 28-inch, 300% density, 13x4 loose-wave wig. Because I needed it before vacation, Amanda Hair offered me “the same wig in 26 inches,” which I agreed to. That is NOT what they sent. I received a reddish/orange glueless pre-cut wig with a drawstring, lower density, and completely different curl pattern and construction. It was an entirely different wig. When I contacted customer service with photos, they initially offered me $15 and blamed the color difference on hair variation. When I explained that the curl pattern was wrong too, they actually told me to use a wide-tooth comb to make it looser. They repeatedly avoided the actual issue: they sent me a product I did not order. I asked multiple times to return the incorrect wig for a full refund. Instead of simply correcting their mistake, they continued trying to convince me to accept it. I have photos, my original order confirmation, and the emails documenting exactly what was promised and what was sent. I would never order from Amanda Hair again.
