Faulty review system
I used agoda for a recent holiday booking. It was a smooth experience but then I noticed, they have simplified the process so much that one click and I am not allowed to type my own review.. the platform submitted a positive review (with 4 stars for the property and text description even though I didn’t give any response) with just one click confirming I’d like to give a review!! I logged into the platform separately to see if it gives me an option to edit the review and NO, that’s not an option! Just shows submitted reviews (esp the ones I didn’t type or rate as a customer) Makes me question their stars and hotel ratings system if that’s how they have received all their reviews! Not sure if I’d use agoda again for my booking!
