Won’t Use Billabook Again
Terrible experience and I wouldn’t trust them again. I arrived at the resort and the room that I had purchased through Billabook was not found. None of the confirmation numbers worked and the front desk had never heard of Billabook. They tried to make it seem legitimate with responsive customer service before the trip, but I flew across the country to find out that I had no reservation through them. They’ve since emailed me saying my payment was verified with 3D Secure and cannot be disputed. No apology for not having a room ready or questioning as to why I disputed the charge, which would be any company’s first step if they truly booked a room for me. If you’re thinking of using them, I would proceed with caution.
