The masks are great. Procuring them is not.
The items never arrived. I guess this is a scam? Edited to add that when i reached out to the company to ask for a refund, they initially explained that the weather had been bad and that was probably why I never got the masks. When I asked if I would be refunded, they said they could not be held responsible for the weather. When I said I would reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge, they then agreed to send me what I had ordered. That did happen, and I received the very high quality masks later that week. I confirmed that with their customer service representative and have now received several follow-ups by email and text and phone, asking me to change this review, so here it is: The masks are great. The experience of getting them was a lot of work.
