Cannot reach anyone as an insurance agent
As an insurance agent I am unable to reach any representative to be able to assist with a home loan. The automated system constantly hangs up because the loan number is inaccurate that NewRez provided on mailed documentation. Website is not user friendly in being able to help with uploading documents for the insured as there is absolutely no information provided. Mortgage companies need to accommodate insurance agents as well as clients if they are going to be sending communication to agents. Their insurance phone number listed on Google is inaccurate as I still need the loan number or social security number to reach a representative, when incorrect information is provided this makes this task nearly impossible for us or the insured.
