I had an issue with my server starting up; it was stuck in an offline state. Thankfully, I was assisted by Brian, who was able to fix the issue incredibly fast. They had found that it was an issue with the downloaded game version. I'm not a tech person, so I have no clue when it comes to running a server. Thanks to SimpleGameHosting, it's made it much easier. Thanks again to Brian who helped me!
