Harem pants I received where beautiful
Harem pants I received where beautiful. The material was nice and soft. However, the pants where too big and I needed to exchange them for a medium. Customer service replied and gave me the instructions for an exchange. Although the process was a little tedious, I was able to process my exchange and get the new pants in the correct size.
