After ordering some picture frames from Vossington, I was generally pleased with the design and quality. The frames have a modern and stylish look, and they match the photos perfectly without looking cheap, especially considering the price. Also, free shipping can be a good advantage if everything goes smoothly. Nevertheless, my experience was not perfect. My order was delayed and I did not get clear shipping updates, which I found quite annoying. Also, when I reached out to customer service regarding a minor issue with one of the frames, it took them a few days to respond and the answer seemed a bit impersonal. All in all, the product is okay, but the delivery and support reliability level lowers my enthusiasm to give more than three stars.
