Honest review, stay away from Metal Pay
Automatically refund my money after I purchase Ethereum or any other crypto. So I get charged the fee of course I lose my money there. Additionally, they refund me in USDC and then when I try to transfer that out they have in pending going on five hours and most likely won’t get this resolved for a while. Customer service is crap and all you get is automatic email back. It’s crap crap crap stay away. *Bunch of BS response. Going on 13 hours pending now. Oh, believe me my account will be closed as soon as you guys fulfill your obligation. This is not even a transaction. This is a refund that I’ve been forced to take the money back into my external wallet and it’s taking this long. There should be no transaction being reviewed. This is absolute rubbish 14 hours for a refund is ridiculous
