This company confirmed my order on January 19. I still have not received my dress. Today I called my credit card company and filed a charge back, in addition I file a complaint with the BBB. Totally unacceptable, this company should be removed from the web, its totally a SCAM. You are unable to speak with a live person, only a chat box. HORRIBLE!!
