From Hero to Vilin
I have purchased two or three phones from CompAsia Philippines in the past with good results. I recently talked my wife into purchasing a phone from them. I really regret doing so. Absolutely, totally unacceptable customer service and ridiculous overreach in purchase requirements, including a picture of her holding up her passport and the credit card she used in the purchase!!! Also, customer service has been TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE to her emails asking for a logical reason for the requirements (probably because their position is impossible to justify), and to requests for shipping updates. They turned what would have been a lifelong customer/advocate into an enemy. Nice job!
