Color not as expected but customer was great.
I received the cooler and it appeared to be a little faded and there were a couple scratches. I spoke with Sam from Canyon Coolers who advised me to contact the " warranty department". I received a phone call from a gentleman named John M who was more than helpful for providing me a resolution. I look forward to using the cooler in the future. I will give an update and added star once I have been able to test it out.
