Never received package.
Ordered a dress from them and it never got delivered. I understand that once they ship it, the postal service is responsible for getting it to me, but once I informed the customer service department they basically told me there is nothing they could do about the product and money that had been lost. They offered a 40% discount for me to order the product again, but I don’t really care to order from them again so it’s just money lost.
