Pay Penny is easily one of the most frustrating services I’ve ever used. Nothing works on time. Everything is delayed again and again, and nobody gives a straight answer. You just get endless “please wait” messages like that solves anything. They literally told me that leaving a review would help speed up my process. That was completely false. Nothing improved. Same delays. Same silence. That kind of promise is misleading and shows they’ll say anything just to look good. Customer support is almost useless. Responses feel automated, with no real effort to actually fix the issue. You explain your problem clearly, and they reply with something that doesn’t even address it. It feels like talking to a wall. The whole system feels disorganized and unreliable. Timelines don’t mean anything here. If you value your time, patience, or sanity — stay away. There are plenty of other services that actually function properly.
