Zing Coach

34+ EMAILS

34+ EMAILS. 📧🚫 That’s how many times I’ve gone back and forth with the management team at @zing.coach, and they still can’t get a basic training split right. I thought I was paying for a "smart" AI coach, but it’s honestly just an overpriced exercise book to log weights in manually. Total waste of time and money. 📉🤡 Avoid the headache. If you want actual results and support that doesn't take 30+ emails to fail, look elsewhere. @zing.coach #ZingCoach #ZingApp #FitnessFail #BadService #GymLife #TrainingSplit #WorkoutApp #CustomerServiceFail #GymTok #FitnessJourney #WeightLifting

Zing Coach

If anyone’s considering using Zing for their training, here’s my honest experience over the past few weeks: Despite laying out my training split and muscle focus in detail (multiple times), the app has consistently delivered the wrong workouts—every single day. I’ve had chest and triceps days hijacked by biceps curls, back-to-back shoulder sessions when I asked for variety, and a “core main event” that was anything but. Not once did the programming match what I requested, and I ended up writing my own workouts just to stay on track. To make matters worse, I’ve only been using the app to log my weight—because the actual workouts have been so off-base—and yet I still got hit with a subscription invoice for a service that hasn’t delivered what was promised. I’ve sent multiple detailed complaints to the Zing team and management, outlining all these issues, and so far… crickets. No response, no fix, just more frustration. Bottom line: If you want a training app that actually listens and delivers what you ask for, look elsewhere. I expected a professional, personalized experience and got a circus instead.
